NYC Penthouse
The primary focus with this duplex penthouse was to preserve the breathtaking original pre-war architecture details while transforming the interior into a contemporary open living plan to accommodate gatherings with friends and family. We reconfigured the first floor to maximize the space and the light that streams through the entire apartment from the living room through to the kitchen. Using the views of the Hudson River as inspiration for the color palette - a mix of blues and creams abound in beautifully upholstered furniture and vintage pieces - light wood tones and organic shapes add to the overall softness. The result is an elegant, warm, and inviting space.
